60% of Chinese consumers who have access to the internet make a purchase decision based on Internet-Word-of-Mouth (IWOM). Moreover, people in China are increasingly shopping online: in recent years, the number of online-transactions has grown by a 100%-rate on average, five times faster than in the United States.
